Licca and Jenny’s Friends
Hello! This week I’d like to show you my Licca and Jenny wish list. I’ve been researching each friend really well, and the more I look, the longer my list gets 📃.
I thought it would be fun, too—instead of including a stock photo of the doll—to find an image from another collector so you can see their potential.
The order is random, although it’s true that some are higher on my priority list. But since that can always change, I haven’t ranked them at all. This post isn’t meant to be a list of all of Licca and Jenny’s friends that exists—just the ones I’d like to have in my collection.
Brace yourselves—this is going to be a bit of a long post.
Licca’s friends
Kira-chan ❤ きらちゃん
Introduced in 1999 as part of the “Candy Color Hair” series, she is one of Licca’s most popular friends. Her birthday is March 6.
I’ve been waiting for mine to arrive for over 40 days, but that’s because I chose the cheapest shipping method. It’s still on my list because I’d like to have more than one.
Miho-chan 💛 みほちゃん
Miho-chan first appeared in 1995 wearing a convenience store uniform. Her birthday is April 14.
Pururun-chan 💜 プルルンちゃん
Launched in 1988 with a theme inspired by the world of fairy tales, she wore a dress with butterfly wings. I couldn’t find her birthday or much information about her.
Moe-chan 🤍もえちゃんお
She made her debut in 2002 as a member of a Idol band. Her birthday is October 17.
I didn’t find much information about her either, but the reality is that most content is in Japanese, which makes the search difficult.

Jenny’s friends
Jenny ✨ ジェニー
She’s not really a friend, but Jenny herself—and since I don’t have any, she tops the list. There are several versions of her face design, and I really like most of them. I’ve already talked about her origins in another post. Her birthday is August 1.
Since she’s the easiest to find, I think I’ll save her for last—unless I see one that I really fall in love with.
Sayuri 💛 サユリ
Released in October 2004, she is named after Sayuri Yoshinaga, a Japanese actress who was said to be the “original beautiful girl”. Her birthday is March 16.
She must be my favorite among Jenny’s friend, and honestly, I already have one on the way 😆. I’m adding her to the list because she’s one of those dolls I’d love to have more than one of.
Marine 💙 マリーン
She was released in June 1986 as part of Jenny’s friends’ club along with a new version of Ellie (the one I have is the original). Her birthday is September 16.
She is one of Jenny’s most popular friends, and for a long time she was only available with blue eyes and blonde hair, although that is no longer the case.
Tamaki 💜 たまき
Released in September 2001, she is Jenny’s first true rival. Her birthday is December 2.
She studied fashion in France, where she met Jeff, Jenny’s boyfriend, and they still email each other. She returned to Japan for a fashion contest that Jenny is also participating in. I’m not at all surprised that Jenny sees her as a rival 😳.
Sayaka 💚 サヤカ
She first appeared alongside Tamaki and Shion in September 2001. Her birthday is May 5.
Even though she’s also participating in the same fashion contest as Jenny, they end up becoming good friends—quite unlike what happens with Tamaki.
Mirai 🤎みらい
She was released in July 2007 as part of a Jenny line in which the hair changes color with temperature. Her birthday is October 3.
She is a talented hair and makeup artist. She met Jenny at the launch party for Jenny’s clothing brands “Roma Top” and “Cool & Berry,” and they’ve been very good friends ever since, working on many projects together.
Nanako Hoshizawa 🧡 星澤奈々子
Jenny friend H 🧡ジェニーフレンドＨ
She was released in December 2000 as a collaboration with 7-Eleven, a Japanese convenience store chain. Her birthday is July 11.
Once the partnership with 7-Eleven ended, she began to be sold in Licca Castle stores under the name Jenny Friend H.
